Mr President,
the recent audit report of the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (A63 / 7), gives us an assessment of what has been achieved and the challenges it faced. The delegation of the Holy See wishes to join its voice to that of other delegations, when to applaud, among other things, the growing success has been achieved in reducing child mortality, control of malaria, in increasing access to antiretroviral drugs for people living with HIV / AIDS, treatment, and in lowering the incidence rate of tuberculosis.
