Why deserved to die: He raped and killed at least two women.
proof of guilt: Dexter investigates two women who died mysteriously, and found that both had recently purchased a car from a seller named Roger Hicks. He moved his dealership and manages to steal a comb from his breast pocket in order to determine and compare its DNA with that more returns on the victims. Ends up buying a bigger car, impressed by convincing the seller. Fails to extract DNA from hair stuck in the comb as summary results: the car salesman using a hairpiece. So back to the dealership with the excuse of wanting to add some options to its new car and this time it fails to pull a handkerchief from the basket used for the cards under his desk. The scientific analysis confirms that the DNA matches that found on the two women.
